About me

I am a PhD student of Uppsala Patent History Group at the Department of Business Studies, Uppsala University. I am also affiliated to the entrepreneurship group at the department. I study the language, representation and circulation of innovation in historical contexts using computational methods.

My research builds on large-scale historical corpora, to investigate how innovative ideas are articulated and translated into intellectual property rights such as patents, and how these IPRs are commercialized transnationally through various intermediaries. I also interested in developing, critically evaluating and applying advanced computational and AI-based methods in the humanities and social sciences.
